Iti on bridge support

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9438230.

There is graffiti on bridge support from junction 5 to junction 6 on the m54 including on the bank of fences when you head towards junction 6 to Shrewsbury. i have reported this on several occasions and highway England are far too busy to sort out- you create platforms for the public to raise and end up not following up. also there are cameras, why are these twats who are doing this not getting caught, disgusting
