Pothole and broken road surface after J38 Southbound entry slip

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9436029.

Multiple potholes and broken parts of road towards end of M1 J38 Southbound entry slip. Lane markings also fade away here, and very broken road surface when transitioning to hard shoulder if unable to merge on slip.
