Phone fell onto motorway at M25 Jct 8

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9425736.

Coming off the a217 and going eastbound on the M25 at JCT 8, I saw what looked like a phone fall off a car and landing on the chevrons between the left lane and the lane to the right of it. This was at about 13:07.
