The dip around the manhole/grid

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9425704.

The dip around the grid/manhole had become deeper and the noise it makes when vehicles hit the dip is getting louder and louder we live in property and its ridiculous now. I would like to know when the damage that has also been caused to my drive way will be fixed and the grid needs to be set lower in the road. I would love to send pictures is there an email I can use to send photos of the damage in my drive?
