Left lanes Markings worn away showing it can turn right

The left lane has road markings showing that it can Enter the A52 going East and West. Currently the East bound markings have faded so much they are barely visible. This has resulted in multiple close calls of accidents as 2 lanes leave the village to go west bound and those in the right lane are cutting across those in the left lane thinking the left lane should have turned.... This has got progressively worse for the last 6 months to the point that there has been instances of Road Rage etc. Please repair the lane markings

Another near miss at this junction due to road markings not showing clearly that the left hand land and right hand lane can both turn right to Nottingham albeit the left hand should have markings to show a left turn and right turn. Causing road rage with people cutting across in front of cars turning even though there are two lanes
