I am reporting a significant and dangerous pothole located in the outside (fast) lane. The defect is of a depth and size that poses a serious risk of tyre blowouts or loss of vehicle control, particularly given the high speeds of traffic in this lane. ​Drivers are currently having to make sudden, evasive manoeuvres to avoid the defect, which is creating a high risk of multi-vehicle collisions. I request that this be inspected and emergency repairs carried out immediately to ensure public safety. The potholes seriously damaged my wheel.
