Northbound traffic light missing

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 11:47, Wednesday 6 May 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9408029.

Where you would normally see a pair of traffic lights on a major A-road, at this junction there is only 1! There is the pole with brackets on the right hand side but the traffic light is not there, leaving only the left hand light. This is extremely dangerous and a new light needs installing as currently the light you see on approaching in the right lane actually services the slip road and is often on green when the actual light you need is red but you cannot see this if there is a tall vehicle on approach. A serious accident waiting to happen given the West Midlands Hub is at that junction and there are lots of heavy vehicles turning there. Please can you just replace the traffic light? Many thanks.
