Very uneven surface (wavey)

The road surface has sucken and caused a 'buckle' (almost as if the road has folded under the heat of the sun) in the road surface. This means private vehicles have to cross this uneven-ness at a snails pace, before they even slow to reach the roundabout. This has led to more than several instances where a rear end shunt has nearly happened, as non locals are not aware. HGV vehicles that do cross this road surface at speed (as is often the case) make a huge clattering noise that resonates across to the nearest housing estate, causing a noise nuisance.
