Graffiti on either side of bridge support

Reported via desktop in the Graffiti (NH) category anonymously at 16:08, Thursday 30 April 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9380569.

Good afternoon, I am aware that the standard response states graffiti is removed as part of a 12 month cycle. However, the graffiti on the two bridge supports before you get Junction 10 from junction 11 of the M42, where Green lane and Tamworth Road pass over as now been there for just over 12 months. Please can now be removed.

Updates

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways about graffiti.

We aim to remove or cover offensive graffiti within 24 hours of our inspection.

Non-offensive graffiti is dealt with under planned cyclical works and therefore can take longer to remove.

We will arrange for our local inspector to look at this on his regular safety inspection of this route and they will arrange a suitable solution.

    Kind regards

    National Highways
