Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9376171.

Driving on southbound carriageway of M40, 200-300m south of entry slipway from junction 9 Changing lane from lane 2 to lane 3, hit a deep pothole located amongst the white lines separating lane 2 and 3. Car shuddered and a big bang but fortunately no damage to car.
