Matrix sign over lane 2.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9364279.

M60 J26 clockwise. Central lane number matrix sign is showing and flashing 40 and has been at all times of the day and night for around 5days now.

People are seeing it and slamming on the breaks, ive seen a few crashes almost happen because some of us know its a fault while others respond to the sign.
