Multiple lights on the Daltry Street flyover not working

Reported via mobile in the Not working (NH) category anonymously at 21:19, Monday 27 April 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9363888.

Multiple lights on the tall columns around Daltry Street flyover do not work, not sure if their scheduled for change to LED but most do not work.

Updates

  • I had no idea the flyover had analysed lights on it, the lights under the flyover on the roundabout are part time so only operate at rush hour?

  • Thank you for making your report. We've checked and can confirm these lights operate as normal streetlights and there was no outages recorded on the last lamp scout that we did.

We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue.

We do have a lighting scheme to upgrade the lanterns to LED in this location, to start on site later this year.

Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.

    Kind regards
