Uneven surface on A419 southbound adjacent to houses ( meadow view and Berryfield)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9362848.

Potholes have opened up and when large vehicles go over them there is very loud noises causing residents next to A419 to lose sleep. This is getting worse every week I have had to avoid the nearside lane on my motorbike when heading home South bound because these potholes/ uneven surface will cause danger to losing control.
