Subsiding. Eastboundside, in the dip over the culvert/stream about 10m after the green cross roads sign.

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 17:24, Monday 27 April 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9362620.

On Google Maps, the stream goes by the name of Capon Cleugh. Dashcam photo attached. White area is where the depression is starting. You can see a black line running along the road which is where a crack is appearing. You can feel a dip in the road rather like a truck tyre tram line groove. So something is starting to happen under the road. And there is a culvert/stream directly beneath. Westbound side is ok - at the moment. It has been there for a month or two so you may well already be aware.
