Yellow belt from lorry laying on motorway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9330617.

The big belt is laying on the exit lane to junction 33 toward London . It could have been blown away but they are heavy belts . Could get caught around a wheel and cause an accident .
