This has clearly been reported numerous times, by different people, over many months. It is disgusting that you have not cleared it yet.

    Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, we’re responsible for collecting litter on England’s motorways and a few other strategic trunk roads. Local authorities are responsible for collecting litter on the remaining trunk and local roads, including the A1 at Biggleswade.
