Signs and sand bags left

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9306655.

The flyover had signs regarding ramps, these signs are beginning to be spread over the area beyond where they were abandoned. The magnetic sign was upside down on the verge, the metal bits are lying all over the place and the sand bags have split and the bags are deteriorating over the countryside.
