The Motorway direction sign on roundabout J5 Stoneham Interchange is damaged

The motorway direction sign for M27 Portsmouth is damaged and is laying on grass verge on corner of roundabout M27 Junction 5 Stoneham Interchange. The sign has been knocked over and is in need of repair. This issue has been present for a long time.
