Multipul deep holes and the surface is breaking apart for around 50 meter up the onslip from roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9254993.

Been reported numerous times already and no action taken. Road surface dangerous for cyclists and motorcycles. Potholes also deep enough to cause damage to vehicles wheels and suspension. Needs to be reviewed ASAP and planned to be resurfaced.
