Fence has broken. Noise

Good morning
We live in Meadow View, Grove Park, Sellindge. There are broken fences on the M20 motorway at the back of our house, which is increasing the traffic noise. I note this problem has been reported 4 months ago, could you let me know when it is due to be repaired please?

Thank you for your report. I appreciate you getting in touch and I apologise for any frustration or inconvenience the missing section of fencing may be causing you. Unfortunately, the fence was previously damaged and removed following a vehicle fire at this location. When our maintenance partners attended to carry out repairs, they identified unrecorded cables around the fence footings where the new posts would need to be installed. These cables hadn’t been identified on the original survey and required further investigation. As a result, the installation of the replacement fencing has been delayed. While we’re currently unable to provide an exact date for when the work will be completed, please be assured that the fencing will be replaced. Our maintenance partners are actively exploring options to resolve the issue and restore the missing fence as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we aim to resolve this matter at the earliest opportunity.
