Abandoned van on the slip road causing obstruction

There’s an abandoned van dangerously parked on the slip road. It has the signage ‘Lambos Gym’ on the side. It looks to be promoting a business. It has been parked on the slip road joining the A14 from the services for a while now. It is a dangerous obstruction as the slip road is short and narrow and when first coming on to the slip road you have to turn a sharp bend so somebody could very easily miss it and cause a crash.
