Blocked drain- reported on 20 February

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9198138.

I reported a compacted and blocked drain adjacent to the bus stop by the Arundel Park Hotel on 20 February, your ref is FixMyStreet 8964228. You replied on 24 February stating that the drain had been inspected and that it would be ckeared within 28 days. Over 28 days now and the drain has not been cleared.

  • Thank you for your further report.

    Following the earlier report, we attended on 6 March when 4 gullies by the Hotel were cleaned and emptied. The outlet pipe was jetted and filled wit water to make sure it was running and the kerbline was swept of detritus.

    Our inspector has reviewed the location today and all works have been completed satisfactorily and we have no blocked drainage assets at the location.
