Westbound carriageway of A30 two inspection covers/manhole covers clanging

Covers loose Surrounding road surfaces breaking away Clanking has been going on day and night for at least a week now. At the moment as you will be aware these inspection covers are within the section of the A30 which is closed Mon-Sat 8pm till 6am and this would be an ideal time for these 2 problems tobe investigated and sorted asap. Please!
