Growth growing over fence and tree pushing fence

East Willow backs on to the A33, and on the verge Ivy and Old Man’s Beard have grown the 10foot fence (from the outside) and now over the top of the fence and down the other side into the garden. There is also a sycamore tree that is now leaning into the fence and pushing it as it grows. Could we please have the Ivy and old man’s beard cut fully away as it’s now growing onto the trees as well and also assess the tree which is pushing the fence? Thank you so much
