Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9185536.

Fence fallen down on M62 westbound side at the bottom of the embankment just after mobile phone mast near side for services. It has been getting worse over previous years. Could lead to animals getting onto motorway as well used footpath nearby.
