Timing changed - traffic chaos

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9175220.

The exit slip A63 Eastbound traffic light timing has changed. Traffic now queueing into Hull on Priory Way - assume some kind of failure, as this would never be knowingly programmed.

Was fine yesterday, so problem has occurred at some point in the last 24 hours.
