Ahead arrow missing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9172335.

The first of 3 ahead arrows in lane 1 on the entry slip (to denote the lane is not merging) is missing. This arrow was removed when St Anne's bridge, Denton works were taking place and there was a slip road lane closure and give-way installed, since the completion it has not been re-instated.
