Signage obstruction view

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9167305.

The signage at the crossing point is obstructing pedestrian view of traffic. I was nearly in a traffic collision this morning stepping around the sign to see oncoming traffic. This is the second time this has happened as well at the same place. I am 5ft 2 and therefore cannot see over the height of the sign you have put in place.

  • Thank you for reporting your concerns about the temporary Keep Left Sign on the crossing.

    Due to the type of sign, unfortunately it has to remain at this location on the crossing while works progress to replace it with a permanent sign.
