Large area of failed carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9167219.

Large area of failed carriageway in outside lane. Hole in running lane approx 1-2 inches deep, across most of lane, for approx 6 feet in length. Impossible to miss, and the edges of the hole are in line with car tracks for a car centrally placed, jolting the car to one side, for a motorcycle, this could be a particular hazard. It appears to be a previous failure and the patching has worn off.
