Rubbish build up on both sides of the road

Buildup of rubbish has become extreme and unsightly. It is blowing in the wind and is at its worst on both sides of the road between the roundabout for Great Doddington and the roundabout further on to the east. It is the roundabout with McDonald’s on it. This seems to be a continual problem but has not been addressed for a significant period of time.
