M6 J14 Northbound Matrix

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9157552.

M6 Junction 14 Northbound Matrix sign displaying speed limit reduction to 50mph on 3 consecutive matrix signs, with no obvious requirement to slow down. This is causing problems as some drivers have seen this Matrix for several weeks with no obvious reasons so they continue at national speed limit, whilst other drivers are braking,some quite harshly. An accident waiting to happen. Please investigate and remove.
