M27 east J8-9 overhead matrix sign not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9147897.

On the M27 eastbound between junctions 8 and 9, one of the overhead gantry signs is faulty and not working.

Sign number 9281A, What3Words ///retail.bolt.flash. The matrix sign over lane 4 is not displaying any aspects. Correct today as at 13:10, lanes 1 2 and 3 were displaying end of restrictions (end of roadworks), lane 4 was blank.
