Slip road on to the M40 Eastbound joining from A355
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9147083.
As you move from slip road to lane 1 there are a series of potholes along the painted line that are hard to avoid in the dark. I think also maybe some of the slip itself before that but harder to spot.
