Fence is insufficient

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9115292.

A wooden fence is the only thing between a footpath and motorway. It has quite large gaps between rungs. I have seen dogs run over as they can easily get through the gaps the whole way along. It also can be climbed very easily as it’s low with no wire netting between rungs. I do not feel safe walking along the path as the motorway is very close with just this wooden fence between us and the road.
