The concrete beam under the bridge over the river Mersey is weakened

The rebar in the beams under the bridge has rusted and is forcing cracks and spalling of the concrete

    We have passed this to one of our local inspectors to confirm that this is on our property. Safety is our priority and we do all we can to protect those who use our roads. Items such as flags attached to a bridge could pose a danger to motorists on the road below and so may need to be removed for safety reasons.
