Road around manhole cover is broken up and moving when cars go over it.

Road is broken up into chunks of concrete around a manhole cover on the A40 traveling towards Over, next to the metal railing on the nearside of the carriageway. The pieces are moving around under the car tyres and could easily come out if hit by a HGV.
