Rocking manhole cpver

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9106797.

All that's happened in months is that someone came and spray painted some yellow crosses on the cover. Last night the road in the precise location of this nuisance cover was closed for maybe 2 hours while streetlight maintenance happened. Why aren't jobs coordinated? There was plenty of time while the road was closed to see to the drain cover. Why are people paying council tax for two seperate lots of Rd closures when both jobs could have been done. We've had months of disturbed sleep because of this drain cover. I will not be paying my council tax until it's fixed. Weeks and weeks of waiting is not good enough.
