Deteriorating between lanes 3&4 along the stretch coming up to M1 J36 northbound. Lots of long patches forming along the line between the lanes

  • Thank you for making your report. We are aware of defects in this area, our inspectors are instructing make safe repairs as and when they are identified. There is a scheme due to begin this month for more permanent repairs.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
