Growth obscuring view on roundabout

The bushes are obscuring the view of traffic approaching the Bell roundabout. If you leave the M25 travelling west (anti clockwise) at J 22 for St Albans and look to the right when reaching the roundabout to give way, it is very difficult to see, there are many near misses as those approaching from M25 can't see the cars joining the roundabout from the right.
