Debris in cycle lane from Newtown roundabout to hayle by-pass

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9088565.

Cycle lanes becoming impossible to use due to amounts of debris, stones and large build up of mud . Constant swerving in and out of lane is very dangerous on this busy A30 road . On going problem getting worse for a couple of years.
