Surface so full of potholes it threw me off my motorbike lucky the car stopped behind me

So many pot holes it ridiculous why do we pay road tax council tax for service we don't have fix it before someone is killed like I nearly was, I am currently seeking legal advice for damage to my wrists and scratches on my bike, I have dashcam footage from car that nearly hit.
