Manhole cover loose

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9076983.

The road has been repaired around the manhole cover but the cover is loose still and rattles very loudly every time a vehicle drives over it and you can hear it indoors and is disturbing our sleep every night. Please fix the manhole cover
