The barrier on the bridge is too low

The barrier/parapet on the bridge crossing the A1 (pedestrian route) appears too low and may present a safety risk. Lincolnshire County Council Highways have advised that this location is the responsibility of National Highways. Please could you confirm: whether National Highways is responsible for this bridge and its parapets/barriers, and whether an inspection can be arranged and what the next steps/timescales are.
