Wrong info for travel updates

FixMyStreet ref: 9061727.

Went pass M1 J10 Northbound, three lanes closed at 1130pm, trafficengland website says 'congestion' and just hid the real reason was THREE lanes closed with no apparent reason, not a single work vehicle and no obstruction on the closed lanes. No information on daily closure report as well.
