Sunken manhole

I, I live at Notter Bridge, just outside on the main road going to Saltash on the left hand side(right opposite the speed cameras) there’s a manhole/drain that’s the tarmac has sunk and every car/lorry that hits hit makes a huge noise and I hear and feel the vibration in my house, can you fix it or pass this on to whom ever does this work please🙏🏻
