Litter and abandoned roadworks

Hi, When is the scheduled litter pick due? The A1 is gruesome, so much abandoned kit, rubbish, insulation lagging and all sorts. Surely it is due its scheduled pick soon as dieback means it is all accessible? Thanks north and south and central res.
