Pothole ineffectively filled

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9039684.

Lane 3 pothole on m606. Covered poorly as tarmac is coming off the same potholes on road. WILL CAUSE DAMAGE. Please fix properly.

  • Thank you for making your report. We've checked and can confirm we carried out extensive patching on the northbound of the M606 on Friday 6 March 2026. A more permanent resurfacing scheme is due to start in April 2026.

    We will however continue to monitor the area during our regular inspections for any safety critical defects in the meantime.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
