Street lights not on. M53 Jct 1 Southbound

There are a stretch of lights that are not switched on, on the M53 Jct 1 Southbound. This is a safety issue as there are two slip roads that come onto this stretch of road. Lights need to be switched on before there is an accident. The traffic coming onto the M53 is not seen until late because they are coming up from a lower level. Lights need to be switched on to give road users more visibility when the slip roads are merging onto the M53. The M53 carriageway is also only two lanes here, so there are reduced lanes to move into to avoid the merging traffic.
