Water making underpass impassable on foot

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9034793.

The is a build up of water blocking the pedestrian underpass making it impassable to users. This underpass is the only way to safely walk as a pedestrian between village and Newark town and is used by parents to get children to school.
