Unauthorised access through breach in motorway culvert - Safety & Security Risk

Reported via desktop in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 13:00, Monday 2 March 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9028854.

I am writing as a representative of the landowner of the parcel of lane adjacent to the M42 at ///drooling.cried.clings in Kingsbury, Warwickshire.

There is currently a breach in the grille of the motorway culvert/overpass structure that is allowing unauthorised public access into a National Highways drainage asset and enabling trespass between land parcels.

This represents a significant safety and security risk, as individuals are entering a restricted motorway structure not designed for public access. The breach also increases the risk of damage, obstruction and misuse of the drainage system. Images can be provided upon request.
